VR/AR Chicago brings together people who are interested in working with virtual and augmented reality technology.
The group includes developers, business leaders, investors, students, and more. Many of our members are actively working with VR and AR technology here in Chicago – providing consulting, business development, and technology development services. What makes us different from other groups is that we are not just interested in seeing what’s out there, we are actively producing, promoting, and demonstrating VR and AR technology in our businesses and community.
Amy Lee Segami is an artist, engineer and public speaker.
A while ago I had the opportunity to meet her in the heart of Chicago and find out what she thinks about curiosity.
The outcome is a fascinating conversation starting with the combination of engineering and arts, painting on water, her upbringing in China, public speaking, leadership, enjoying personal experiences and the experience to organize TEDx conferences.
When the speech is over, the audience remembers her message because they’ve not only heard the impossible, they’ve seen it. National Speakers Association Magazine
She is more than an amazing artist, she is an impressive thinker who makes every discussion worth far more than it would be in her absence. She practices meaningful listening and her feedback is better because of it. I recommend her strongly. Michael D Carter, Trial Lawyer

In both cases, she not only help me deliver great presentations, but also helped me to become a better speaker. Amy has a natural gift for communications which enables her to both present and teach at an elite […]
Ever wanted to produce your own event, but weren’t sure how to do it? Join Ramon Ray, author, event host, speaker and entrepreneur as he shares his journey in producing 300+ person events with big name sponsors for the past 13 years.
Producing an event is a powerful way to build your personal brand, strengthen your credibility and generate sales through sponsorships, ticket sales and products sales.
Ramon has produced dozens of successful events, and will share his tips, strategies and insights on how to do it right. This session will help you organize a small event, with 10 people, but it’s especially ideal for those wishing to produce an event with 100 – 200 or more attendees.
This event will demystify the process and feature industry leaders from both sectors. This is a unique look behind the scenes of the hiring sections of the speaking industry. You’ll learn how to create collaboration partners and learn about creating collateral, when and how to raise your rates and more.
The format will be unique; the event will feature candid coversations with the experts instead of presentations. The audience will be involved with the conversations throughout the event.
